The apartment is conveniently located just (200m) outside the lively town of Tavira in a quiet and safe quarter. It is easily reacheable from the Motor Toll Way or the N125. The railway station and the busstation are both within a 5 minutes walk.

The apartment is brand new (2023) and carefully decorated by Annick. A sitting room, a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies and a fully equiped kitchen are at your disposal.

In the common lush garden of the condominium you wll find a picknick area and one block further a children’s playground.

A short walk, 200m, takes you into the old town of Tavira with all the highlight, shops, bars  and restaurants. Downtown you can take the ferry (return ticket 2,50€) to the beautiful Island of Tavira with 11 km pristine beach.

Within a few minutes from the apartment you can start your hike into the countrysite  and walk along orange plantations or to the sand pans in the Ria Formosa National Park.

(Gravel) Bike lover? Bikes are for rental downtown Tavira. The Rota da Costa Atlântica runs close by.

Love Golf? Amateur or experienced player?

In the immediate area are 3 excellent golf courses to the east of the town. The first is the 18-hole Benamor Golf Course, the next are the 18-hole Quinta de Cima Golf Course and its’ sister course the 18-hole Quinta da Ria Golf Course. Some distance further away to the north-east is the excellent 18-hole Monte Rei Golf Course.

At the apartment you will find several suggestions for sight-seeing and day-trips.

You will find three mayor supermarkets (Pingo Doce, Aldi and Lidl) in the direct neigbourhood.

Tavira boosts a lot of little specialized shops downtown.

The Mercado Municipal de Tavira is a must see  if you want a large choice of fresh fish or vegetables.
