- You may cancel free of charge until 28 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel within 28 days before arrival. If you don’t show up, you will be charged the total price of the reservation

Early bird bookings (made at least 6 months in advance) receive a 10% discount.
A 10% surcharge applies in the following cases:
– Stays of fewer than 5 nights
– Stays with 3 or 4 guests
The maximum stay duration is 28 nights . For longer stays, please contact us directly.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. All paid amounts will be fully refunded.
