Any booking through this website is considered a request, subject to availability and approval.

Smoking is not allowed
Pets are not allowed
Parties nor drugs are allowed.
Maximum occupancy is 4 persons
The minimum age for check-in is 25 years
You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel within 14-5 days before arrival. After that, you will be charged the total price of the reservation, including if you don’t show up
Any request for cancellation or modification should be done by email or whatsapp.

House and Condominium Rules

Check-in from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Check-out from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
You have an entire apartment in a condominium of 9 houses, so please be considerate of the neighbors and do not cause any nuisance
Silent hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Children and beds
- “Children of any age are welcome in the apartment. However, the apartment is equipped with 1 double bed plus 2 adult-sized single beds
- No cots or extra beds are available
- However, a travel crib is available upon request, but please bring your own bedding
